Süd Polaire Rare consists of single barrel bottlings matured in the finest new custom French oak casks. Maturation lends layers of toasted nougatine complexity and smooth rounded flavour. Perfect for savouring on the rocks in a balloon glass or giving power and depth to your concoctions.

Superbly smooth, triple distilled wine spirit, vapour infused with ten organic botanicals, matured in a rare fine grained oak cask and balanced by pristine Tasmanian rainwater swept across a vast expanse of Southern Ocean from Antarctica; the coldest, driest, windiest place on earth. Transcendent flavour, glacial cut, bracing Antarctic dry gin. 

Made in micro batches of less than 1000 bottles, every fine Süd Polaire spirit is individually batch and bottle numbered.
